I read somewhere it was best done after 10 heat and cool cycles.

What is the verdict?

500 miles or so! But if you have run it 10 times I would say YES, do it now !

MGM spares at Wigan advised me to re-torque after 10 - 12 fully cold to fully hot cycles, rather than rely on miles elapsed.
