rust on the headlining

whats the best way to remove rust spots from the headlining.

and giving it a general clean there are a few other marks also.

and any ideas for DEEP ingrained stains on the seats

Cillit Bang! No joke, I think it contains citric acid so will remove rust and other stains and should not harm the headlining. It also removes rust from chrome for a quick pre- rally spruce up.
