Convertible Q

I'm restoring the hood frame on Albert and I'm struggling to find a replacement for the fabric on the front header rail (that bolts down to the windscreen top). I don't know what it's called so that makes it difficult to search a website. Do i even need the stuff?

I wrapped the hood material right around this bar. Do not forget to include a layer of thin foam underneath it where it mates with the windscreen top to ensure a waterproof joint.
