I ordered a whole host of stuff from them last week. It all arrived within 3-4 days and I did get my free postage.
Only problem is their shop site doesnt work properly on my work PC. The firewalls mess it up.
In my experience theyre not as quick as ESM but are usually around 10p or so cheaper per part so all it adds up.
