Hi,

Thanks a million to a tip from lovely MICK, the builder :D , I've just bought a can of engine paint for the van - and IT'S THE PROPER BMC ENGINE GREEN - I can't quite believe it - it matches the original paint absolutely perfectly :D :D :D

The place to go is Sussex Classic MG Parts, in Partridge Green, West Sussex: they do mail order via their website http://www.sussexclassiccar.co.uk. It's £9.28 per can including vat.

Yes I was pleased as well it's the same paint from a different supplier that I used.

Yeah, not sure why. The colour was BMC Engine Green. Try calling them, they are efficient :D
