pascal if you look at the schultz gun chickenjohn links to, it says it needs 8cfm to operate it, at 90psi (6.2 bar) - hope that's helpful, and hope I've picked up on the right bit to quote

Get to Aldi's and pick up one of their £60 compressors, I did and it'll push my schultz gun nicely.

unfortunatly they all went in my local store (15 miles away) in 45 mins and i could not get there that day, so anyone have a spare??

i am going to need on at some point this summer and all the ones on ebay are for more cash, lower specification and less warranty. plus the ones in most shops i can find are just too expensive for the same spec.

I've used the pump action spray gun and found it worked reallly well, almost too well as it squirte out loads of the stuff.
However, the extension probe (read 'pipe with a nail in it') is about as useful as the good old choccy kettle.

I think the lesson from all the above is that the efficiency of the Waxoyl
provided applicators depends entirely on how thin the Waxoyl was at the time of application. The shutz(get a life)gun would not be so dependent.
