I,ve a chance to take what I want off a minor tommorow, question is what would you take?
Heres my list.
Engine and box (obviously)
starter motor
dynamo
control box
radiator
speedo
indicator switch

I,m not to bothered about consumables like bulbs headlights etc, but is there anything else worth having a spare one of?
Regards
Bern

take
It is the things that you don't even consider which prove to be the most difficult to replace such as the heater control knobs, switch knobs, and,
if it has one, an original coil, etc. If it has one then grab the wire spoked
steering wheel.

Thanks for the suggestions people, but I will only have three hours max. and having struggled with 40 year old bolts on my own van I dont think major stripdowns will be feasible, so its easily got at stuff only, where do they keep the starting handle on a saloon by the way? Dumbish question I know but I,ve never owned one, Always vans and a pick up.
