I got it through customs inspection this morning, and all clear for it to board the container this afternoon. I will be Moggyless until 29th March when i pick it up in Orlando.

I hope everyone keeps in touch.

Did you have to drain off the petrol - and remove (or disconnect) the battery?

petrol had to be at 1/2 tank. battery diconnected with neg and pos tags on the cables. spotlessly cleaned. hubcaps/mirrors in box inside.

Good luck - hopefully in a few years' time mine will be making the trip across the water, although the entry requirements for vehicles to Canada are shockingly strict! :o

What's so strict about Canada? Certainly there is an excellent Classic British Car show in Victoria (Vancouver Island) in June each year.
