restoring dashboard shine

Hi,

Is there an easy way to restore the shine on the dashboard? I expect it has the original cellulose paint. Should I just use T-Cut?

bizarely, my dashboard is the only bit of my car which's retained it's original shine :-)

That is because it has not been exposed to the weather.
