Bill is the old guy who wrecked the woodruff key and crank nose while in a bit of a state and then was so guilt-stricken and apologetic and bought me a box of chocolates and offered to pay if I needed to get someone to mend it for me (which made me even more determined that I wouldnt need to!) and has been to the doctor and is very lovely and I really hope he comes by before I leave so he can listen to my engine and not have to worry about it anymore

 lol. Yes it was a while ago wasn't it? :D Well, I have been trying to hold down a full-time job, do a 4 hour daily bus commute, refit a narrowboat (where I live), dig up a carpark to lay cables for the Sea Cadets, lick the roads clean every morning at the same time... going home for Christmas helped a lot though - to get over all the germs I'd contracted from being outside in the cold and rain every weekend for 9 weeks!

I can see light at the end of the tunnel too. Sharpness has, oh, untold luxuries... a laundrette!

Thanks for all the help bmcecosse and everyone.

Actually, time to own up now  .... I appear to have a load of long bolts and a spring left over. Everything works and is bolted on etc., so I wonder where they came from? :D
