Mileometer/Odometer

Well driving along I could hear a clicking. I thought It was the fuel pump.

But I noticed the Mileometer/Odometer was trying to turn to the next mile,but stuck hence clicking. Is this fixable, or do I need to source another clock.

Probably easier to just fit another - they are ten-a penny.
