Dynamo on A plus engine

Post by paulhumphries »

When I fit the Ital engine into my Minor but I'd like, if possible, to keep the dynamo.
I assume there is no "off the shelf" rear bracket.
What I intend doing is using a long bolt though both mounting holes and then a spacer to make up the gap between rear mounting and dynamo.
Anyone see anything wrong with this idea or what have other people done ?

Thanks.

Paul Humphries.

didn't have any problems to fit a dynamo on a 1275 (not A+) so unless the mountings are very different then a spacer on the rear bracket should be ok.
