The folk who make our props are Dave Mac Propshafts in Coventry. They have produced many 'one' piece units which incorporate the gearbox end flange modified to take a Ford UJ, then a single tube back to the diff UJ, this eliminates any vibration, as found with the two piece unit. I will confirm with them tommorow but I believe they said that Jaguar had a similar g/box flange which they could use. The problem apparently with the two piece unit is the operating angles of the UJ's themselves which if I remember correctly should only operate
at between 22-24 degree angle. I have a proper tech drawing of our props, which I can look out for tommorow and mail to someone here to post on the forum.
