rear traveller seats

My traveller rear seats do not seem to want to fold down. Some think stops it. Has any one else had this problem.

Have you lifted the bottom seat up before you try to fold the back down?

yes. i pull up the bottom seats and then i pull down the back and it gets stuck when going down
