best tips to unseize them? just on the off side........

Are they completely seized or are the runner strips full of rubbish and distorted, or has some clever clogs fitted something to stop them opening like a thin strip of wood or metal in the runner.

Wash the car on that side! Then clean out the crud in the channels. Its probably dirt/moss in the runners causing the windows to stick.

That appeared to be the answer! Now opening and closing properly.
