Post by markattard »

Would anyone please advice where would these be fixed to the carpet and how many are required for a 2 door saloon or tourer?

the floor of my 2 door still has some of these visable.
the stud is fixed and then the opposite half of the fastener is fitted to the carpet in the relavant position to keep that point in position.
that is on the original carpet, which is under another carpet and mats!! not my doing.
i assume you have none on the floor of your car? if not i am sure they are easy to fix in position.

Use double sided carpet tape
drilling holes in the floor is only to let the water out!

I've loads of them you can have if you're at the national.., I didn't stick my carpet down so I could get it up easy if there was a leak anywhere..., it doesn't slip or anything either...
