fibreglass wing

hello, hello

i'm stripping me metal wings down to bare metal to give it a really good going over and sort a few minor dents out, but problem is one of them is fibreglass and all the paint has chipped looks a right mess any idea's how i can get all the paint of or sort it.

i'd say its too much just to scim over it with filler and i'm trying to avoid filler on the car as much as poss

I would replace it with steel to give you 4 steel wings. Otherwise just rub it down with course wet and dry, progressing to finer as you take paint off - or use a D A sander.
