Is there anywhere in the uk that you can buy a newly manufactured chassis for a mog van or does anyone have one that is not to far gone?

Cheers chaps, I will take that as good advice! 3 inches out is just plain mad !
I think I will keep a look out for a second hand one. Mine alas is totaly shot, but I am determined as hell to get this LCV restored! No doubt this is the first of many posts for me.

Thanks aupickup. I have been in touch with russ and bought his book, and will be a paid up member soon.
I guess I will have to take cross measurments from the four corners of the chassis and compare them to the sri lanken one ?
I only had the van deliverd on sunday, and only just got it in the garage tonight, probably its first year undercover on concrete for many years.
I am kind of thinking of doing a blog, but with living with my disabled partner a mad old uncle and two dogs, I dont know how regular my updates will be

Seconded, I look forward to it - just hope that you have better luck than me
thought it would sound disparaging, BTW, but I stress I've only had dealings with Sri Lanken panels. The chassis is probably a different factory
Shout if you want to know where to NOT buy those panels, BTW, I'd better not yell it out on here...
