Hi,
I am looking for some repair panels for my 2 door Minor. At the point where the roof meets the body, just under the rear window, both corners have rotted through along the rolled section.
Does anyone know if there are any reepair sections available?
Thanks Nigel

You can fabrictae this rolled section by using 1" thin walled steel tube bent to the correct curvature, then sectioned along its length with either a band saw or thin .5mm cutting disc to give a 'C section ready to weld in. The closing end can be made by hammer and dolly to the correct shape. Hope this helps.

I have to do this on my 4-door.
I think the best way forward would be to fabricate a strip of ~1mm steel of the right curvature around the areas of the car under the screen and then run it carefully through a swager to get the curved section. Perhaps fabricating the straight and curved sections seperately to make it easier than making the whole thing in one go.
Pesonally, looking at my 4-door through the window, I think the radius of the curved bit under the window is much more gentle than a 1" pipe.
