Cylinder Heads ???

Post by Arfron »

Is the cylinder head on the 850cc engine , the same as the Morris 1000 cylinder head ???

I assume that the extra ccs are on the bore capacity ??

No - the 850 cyl head is a different casting number and has smaller valves so will result in power loss if put on a 1098 engine. The 1098 head is a 12G202, btw.

It is however the same as the 948 engine cylinder head - if that's what you have !

It would do in an emergency - or while you had your own head 'done up' !
