Hi Benno, no, not like them....well, sort of. :-? The fittings on those Moon discs are the same though, and that's the problem, them there teeth fixy on things, not the centre of the wheel as such. Yeah, Van rims most likely are my answer, has anyone got one (fairly near to me) so I can try please? ...

Hi, no, they are not like those, but the fitting will be almost the same as those, ie, push fit onto the rim. Im not sure if I can give you my website on here, but if I could, there is a photo of some on there. They are the type that covers most of the wheel. The hubcaps fit on the rear wheels ok (J...

Thanks for the replies. :D To be honest, it's not the centres that are causing the problem, it's the rims. The teeth thingys that hold the hubcaps on are sort of bottoming out because the rims are'nt wide/deep enough. It's not the kind of hubcap that fit's on the centre bit but one's that grip insid...

Hi, if you need a pair of Jag seats, I know a chap just up the road from me who's selling a pair. They are a biege type colour in leather, not ripped and are electric reclining and have a mechanical lumber support. One of the fancy walnut drinks tray things is missing from the rear of one of them. I...

Hello all, just a thought, would an extra gear help the mpg? My Van, when I bought it had the original diff in and I always thought it sounded like it needed another gear to go in when I was going about 45mph approx. Someone suggested I put a saloon diff in, I did this and it seems to be better but ...

Thanks for the help and tips folks. :P I have packed the hole with some stuff that looks like two different colours of putty that you mix together, and then covered this with some stong glue stuff thats a bit like Araldite but isn't. Seems to be holding up at the moment  Of course, I have info...

is it when decelerating or when the brakes are applied? Hi, only when decelerating. I think you guys have narrowed it down to something in the engine as I have checked and double checked all the things youve suggested regarding mounts, road springs etc. Maybe I need a Minor owner to drive it and the...

Hi, dashpot topped up, checked axle and engine/g/box mounts, all ok. Yes, when I rev it up stationary, all is nice and smooth and responsive. It runs fine, its only when I back off the accelerator on the road that it does the thing it does. Thanks for the advice though chaps. Just thought, this is t...

Hunting Minor
Hi all. I have a Morris 1000 Van, (Albert) standard 1098 engine, and when decelerating out on the road, he does a hunting, juddering, kangerooing type thing but if you accelerate, he goes all smooth again. The points and plugs are new and the carb is 1 year old. Any advice will be listened to and act...
