Hi all
I want to get some hub adapters made to convert the Minor pcd to the old Ford 4 stud pcd of 108. Has anyone done this? Can anyone point me in the right direction in the Dorset area?

Yeh cheers for that Rod, exactly what i'm thinking of but i'm not intending to try and blend them in to the wings as I like the 'rivited' look.

I did originaly consider that but I quite like the way the arches flare out on a Mini etc. I also know u can buy the wider arches to accomodate wider wheels but im on a tight budget for the whole project and wanted to keep all steel panels. I'm running my exhaust exiting on the passenger side just under the front door but is tucked under the sill so doesnt stick out. Its straight through from the manifold to a 3 inch Mini RC40 back box with a cut down exit pipe. Its bloody loud but passed MOT with no worries.

I had one ages ago that I was going to modify and fit but just seemed too much work. You have to cut out about a four inch section to shorten it so it doesnt foul on the engine bay floor and angle the join so it can exit in the standard place. Hope that kind of makes sense. Matt, I was hoping to use an rc-40 single box side exit with a length of pipe connected to an LCB but if I can't get one then I might go for the metro manifold. LCB is preferred though. I'll stay on the hunt.

I had the same problem with where to put the breather pipe so I made an oil catch tank out of an aluminium drinks bottle with a breather filter coming out. I catches the excess oil and lets the engine breath easy. Job done.
