Indeed and that matches my car and the diagram above from geoberni (who clearly thinks I’m an imbecile but that ok). But every other diagram I’ve seen has yellow and yellow/green wires

Sadly my alternator didn’t arrive ESM are short staffed and didn’t post it on the day it was ordered ( they usually do and are most helpful). So the Morris sits idly in the garage until Monday and another toy comes out to play. Thankfully the sun is shining!

I made a post in the wanted section.

Having looked high and low for my missing screws and washers I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve inadvertently thrown them away!

So of anyone has half a dozen spare I’d be most grateful.

It’s the shorter brass screws and wide cup washers I need please.

How come when you take the gearbox tunnel out and carefully put all the brass set screws and funny washers carefully in a container there’s less in the container than you took out? Somehow I’ve ’lost’ 6 washers and 4 screws! It’s a mystery.
