Engine rebuild

Can anyone advise of someone that can rebuild my 1275 engine.Based in wales but can send engine or car as long as not too far due to transport cost thanks.

Even so I don't think I can get it done for the price of the ESM one at £1000.Also don't know anyone in Wales that could do the job so may be best to buy reconditioned.

Not sure which engine it was but I believe it was the larger one but that one is gone skyway.Will have to wait for another.The one I have is a 1275 that was rebuilt but I am advised there us an issue with the camshaft that may have needed work.And the two middle pistons are showing 50 pressure were ...

Engine swsp

Thinking of swapping my 1275 engine for a refurbed 100 from ESM .Would this be straight forward as I have the ford type 9 5 speed box.Are there any extra bits required etc thanks.

I find the electronic ignition give me peace of mind to those that are not the best mechanics or don't want the stress of points.Also prefer original but this is a great help I find.

Hi I have a 1275 marina engine with a metro turbo head for sale.Was bought but refurbed original engine.Needs rebuild.Best offer please.Also Ford type 9 gearbox unsure of condition but turns OK.Was also bought as vendor did nott use in project .Best offer.North of Cardiff for pick up ta.

Found my spray useless on large areas so brushed on.Keep an eye out for rams.

The spray gun was useless so brushes on.Kerp an eye out for rams.

I used a rust preventer with lanolin.Niw everything smells of sheep so this is handy maybe for next year.
