Re: Eezibleed
The M/C cap on the M/M has a nut shape in the centre ( if my memory is correct ? ) . The nu top has to be filed - not the whole cap. Use PFTE tape to seal the tapped thread and if needed anywhere else where leaks appear !! Try ESMotors or Bulmoif for a cap . You need an engineer to tap the thread or...

It sounds as if Pyoor-_Kaye's advice paid off . I will remember that method in future !! Whilst out on the Brecon Beacons today , I was speaking to a guy who works in tha aluminium industry . Apparently , steel / metal + aluminium causes an electrolysis between the two dis-similar metals/elements ....

PHEW I GOT IT OFF !!!! It took an overnight drench in PlusGas + Duck Oil -- then more fluid . A wood chisel , as suggested , --- much blow and bothering -- and grunting !!! The 3 bolts + washers have been removed; copious doses of freeing fluid ; much thumping --- nothing doing !!! I will leave the housing drenched in freeing fluid over night . Perhaps the heat s...

Water Pump
Thanks for the repllies Kevin + and bmcecosse . Strangely enough the fitting came out fairly easily -- Plus gas + a few grunt using a vice !!
On reflection though --a new pump seems sensible especially if I can get one for £1.99. It must be cheaper in Ecosse ??
