Front Seat - non minor options??

I understand that some owners have replaced standard front seats with something like Metro Seats? Can anyone advise what the options are? and how they have fitted them? Thanks, Anne

Does that mean that the sill nut and that fixing point are off set ie not in line? Yes. They are not designed to go there. Thanks Kevin. Does that mean that the sill nut and that fixing point are off set ie not in line? What if I used the triangular area where the window rail and the B post meet? Then the belt would form a vertical line? Anne

FRont seat belts anchor points

Maybe you can help me ? I have a 1965 2 door saloon which has only one pre-drilled hole for seat belts in the sill, probably put in when the sill was replaced. The other end will goin the floor. But where does the middle point fit? The B pillar does not have a holeand captive nut, which is where lat...

Thanks Alex and Chris, I am hoping so. I think having looked at the RoSPA website they were req'd as factory fittings from 1967. Can anyone else confirm?

I have jusy got a saloon first registered 12/3/65. Can anyone tell me if I need seat belts? There are none fitted and it has an MOT. I assumed there was no legal reqt then, but now I have inspected the car, there seem to be mounting points , so I am wondering if they were removed by t he previous ow...

I have just got a traveller with a 1275cc Marina engine, and a mini 1000cc carburettor, and I am having difficulty getting the tuning right, Its been to a specialist Minor garage who say it could be it needs a bigger carb,manifold etc. Does anyone know if this is so?
