Disc Brake Master Cylinder
Hi All Having fitted disc brakes to Molly some time ago, I have just got to the stage where I have un-seized the master cylinder and now ready to rebuild with new seals. However I remember when I did the conversion that one of the seals has to be left off. But as I have moved garages the instruction...

Re: My Moggy (Molly)
Must be honest I thought it would be a lot more tricky than it has been, keep waiting for the, "Ahhh missed that" moment but so far so good. In one of the previous posts I said about lowering the car. Well on that subject, although I have laid in the block (albeit with NO crank, pistons, e...

Re: My Moggy (Molly)
Hi Pete
yes she does need to com down a bit, but I'm not sure what the weight of the engine is going to do yet, so all the lowering plans on hold till the engines in. The wings are being cut down the centre line and banded so as to keep the wings smooth with no bulges. thanks for the comments Chris

My Moggy (Molly)
Hi All I just thought I would post some pics of my Moggy affectionately called Molly. I have been building Molly now for just over a year and this is the first mock up with the engine and box. I have a spare block that is being used for positioning but just thought I'd lay on the head, carbs, exhaus...

Thanks again Phil Not sure about being done by Breakfast though!!! very much in the planning stage at the moment. I have the engine and gearbox to go in, so wanted to have the parts ready to crack on. Have you used the Minor cross member to mount the type 9 or did you have to fabricate something? Th...

Hydraulic Clutch
Hi All I'm putting a Ford Pinto and type 9 gear box in my Moggy, and need to change the clutch operation. I believe there are kits that can be purchased but have had no joy in finding one. I know this hydraulic conversion was done by those who fitted Fiat engine and gearboxes. I have spoken to JLH b...
