drying time is key really if you dont have a spray bay i use 2k its dry in an hour well enough to move it (were a mast with 2k)

hi if it nad been me would have put seam back as it was buy bending 2 right angle strips then welding in like the letter t if you get me but each to there own way

all is well fitted front wing and it was level with sill needed hinge at bottom moving out

the wing is not fitted yet so next move is fit that and see if it lines up with the door if lines are good will do above fix with grinder

hi bruce you are right about taper. but can not get them wrong as bolt spacing is not equal. think i will have to try move bottom hinge out on door see if that makes it any better

mine is a 2 door

sorry sill finishers the steel box section pieces that bolt to the sills

fitted sill finishers today and at the wing end with the door shut they are stuck out a long way i have fitted new sills so must be me thats got them out. any ideas on a fix guys?

i know where it is bruce not sure how good it is.came with a load of morris minor bit but not 100% sure its for one could do with finding pic of one see what there like?
