Engine splutters after switching ignition off...
Yet another little niggle I'd like to try and get to the bottom of. I've noticed that after a good run out in Maureen when I come to turn the ignition off she splutters away for a few seconds. I'm hoping that at least one of you out there is thinking what an idiot, its the ?????, but as the amateur ...

Front passenger side corner sitting lower!
When I walked back to my moggy yesterday I noticed that she looked like she was a little low on the passenger side at the front. Can anyone help with a diagnosis? My initial thought was shock absorber but I'm not sure and would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks

Re: stange problem
I had something similar after I'd serviced Maureen, got about 10 miles from home and she started playing up. First thing I checked was that I had set my points correctly. A bit of roadside repair got me home but then started having problems again so stripped the distributor out, changed the condenso...

Re: HVLP Spray Systems?
Thanks for your responses. Problem is I've already bought the 2k!!! A good friend of mine (who's done some paint work on the car in the past) suggested it was the best option but as you say, bmcecosse, the risks of using it do concern me but I intend to buy a decent mask so I'm hoping I'll be OK. My...

HVLP Spray Systems?
Has anyone ever tried using a HVLP spray system like the Earlex HV5000 with 2k paint? I'm considering buying one and have heard mixed reviews about its suitability for painting cars and more importantly painting cars with 2k paint. Some one said that as long as I use a 1.8mm needle I should be OK an...
