electric prob

Morning all
A few years ago at Beaulieu I bought a smiths rear view mirror clock, very similar to this

although i've never had it working, its now time to fit into the car. I could do with a bit of help fixing it... there is a tiny coil inside and the wires have become detached and not being an electronics expert I'm not the person to try fixing it..............Does anybody know of an auto electrician near bath who could help with this?
