Help in Leicestershire?

Hi, is there anyone in or close to Leicestershire who could give me a bit of (paid!) first hand assistance. I have a 2dr 1969 1098. The fuel gauge isn’t the best and I ran out of fuel. When I replaced the fuel I still couldn’t get it going, so towed it home. Noticed the fuel pump wasn’t ticking, so replaced that, and it did tick building up pressure as I expected, but I still can’t get it to run. So that’s my initial problem… I have also bought countless mods and upgrades to put on it and would really appreciate having a reasonably priced mechanic or home mechanics help.
