Witter towbar for saloon.

Post by Mr Spigot »

This has been sitting in my garage for about 25 years, but as far as I can recall, it is a genuine Witter towbar, with correct brackets to fit around the Morris Minor bumper. I used it for towing a trailer and it worked very well. There are two sets of bolts as we had a bike rack fitted which required the longer ones, but the shorter ones are for use without it. There is also a light socket, but a new one might be a cheap and better solution. It could do with painting but otherwise in good solid condition with only some minor surface rust. It will require another bracket (a plate with 2 holes in it) to support the two small bolts that go into the boot floor.
