Good afternoon all
Can anyone suggest someone who lives in the Surrey West Sussex area who has a sewing machine that is strong enough to ho through the layers of vinly on a front seat cover as some of the stitching on my cover has snapped and us now pulling apart on the joins.
TIA

Re: seat repair
You will have to make sure that the person doing it will put some tape on the seams as new stitching will create new holes, which will split even worse. I’m not sure that my machine would do it but I could try if you like. I’m in West Sussex too, near the sea!

Hi
Thanks for the reply and offer of help but I have managed to get them done at a Timpsons shoe repair shop by a gent who was very interested and happy to have the challenge for something different. So far it is all holding and looking good
