Lock-on grease coupler - any good?

Post by Oldmogman »

This popped up on my Facebook page.

It looks good but I wondered if anyone had used one and could say whether it works and what the quality is like?

Somehow I doubt it. But I am a cynic where marketing/advertising is concerned. A pic, mixing mm and cm, simply sounds alarm bells. (14 cm diameter?)

Yes. That's what I use and it is very good. I also use it in the bell tower. Lot of grease nipples on bell bearing and pulleys.

"A single person can also complete the greasing, making your greasing job easy and fun. "

What's that all about? I don't require an assistant when using a grease gun with a push on connector.

No idea but I do find that with an ordinary nozzle and a rigid tube that quite often the connector does not lock on properly and grease just gets wasted everywhere.

I'll have to point this out to the Wife and see if she'll take the hint....
