My much loved MEG - 1967 convertible, 1275 engine, Marina brakes, Metro seats - got back on the road earlier this year after many years in the garage.
On my wish/aspiration list are a set of Minilite wheels - or similar.
I had new Bridgestone B381 145/80R14 tyres fitted, so I'm looking for wheels which will take these tyres - they should have 5 years on them, so I don't want to buy any new ones just yet!
So - what wheels would take them? And to be really cheeky, if it's a goer is there somewhere relatively close to me (I'm in North Shropshire) that could do the changeover? If it's not feasible, I guess I'll have to wait until I need new tyres!

Re: Advice on Minilites
I think most of the minilite type wheels are 5.5 inches wide, that is a bit of a stretch for a 145 tyre, the minimum recommended is a 165 tyre.

Thanks Kevin - might have to wait 5 years then!
