Re: Seat belt
My 1969 Traveller has no belts in the rear and I have never been questioned so I quess yours should be OK.

Re: Seat belt
It's not about whether it has seat belts or not but whether the seat belts, if fitted, are suitable for purpose. The car did not have seat belts fitted in the rear when new and is not required to have them by law now but if they are fitted they must in good condition and fitted correctly. My car actually had front seat belts (but not rear) fitted from new. These were buckle type, non-inertia reel. They were never questioned at MoT but I have since replaced them with more modern seat belts as one of the buckles broke.

You're welcome. MoT time can be anxiety provoking. It feels like an exam!
