Rear door hinges on traveller

The bottom hinge is fitted where the cut out on door panel.
Could someone be able to tell me how high from top of the bottom hinge that the top hinge is on the door.
As I cannot find any guidance.

6 7/16" from bottom of door to first hole then 2"
