Rack damper pad

Has anyone got any idea of the diameter of the racks primary damper pad please.

I just need an idea so that I can get the material before I remove the rack, I don't want to purchase bar which is way over size.

15mm should cover it. I had to get one made, couldn’t find a supplier who stocked them.

The Service Parts List, plate MJ2 refers to the Pad Damper, ACA 5244, is this the part to which you refer?

Without removing the damper from a rack. you could get an idea of size by measuring the housing.
