In my honest opinion to reduce the radius of the ducting clips is very simple job and should take no more than 10 min per clip. The job is made all the easier as you have the original as a pattern/.

I suppose so but they should just have fitted in the first place and they’re going back to the supplier.philthehill wrote: ↑Sat Aug 19, 2023 7:17 pm In my honest opinion to reduce the radius of the ducting clips is very simple job and should take no more than 10 min per clip. The clips arrived from Nippy Cars and they are a perfect replica of the original clips. Picture shows one old and one new clip.

Can't do that with mine too much stuff on inner wing, so fastened to bonnet release rod with sliding clip.

Was your heater fitted later? I like your blue HT leads. Great colour contrast with the car.
I don't have anything in the way on that inner wing.

Yes amongst the folder of paper work dating back to the 80s that came with the car, is the garage receipt for fitting the later heater with fresh air inlet. A lot of work including cutting hole through bulkhead It's beside radiator for summer and goes to back of radiator fitting for winter. Blue plug leads were also already fitted.
