Hi
I want to refurb the steering wheel on my 1968 minor. It’s quite faded and marked.
Any suggestions as to the best method to bring it back to standard.
Many thanks
Seth

Re: Steering wheel refurb
If it's not cracked basically flat it back and painting with a good quality car paint works well. If it's cracked open them up into a wedge fill in with epoxy filler and flat back before priming and re-painting.
Ours was in a terrible state with deep cracks and a finish almost like sandpaper, I did the above, 4 or 5 years down the line there is a hairline crack but otherwise it's fine.
