What on earth is an Earth Wire with a removable Green Screw?

If you're talking about the Battery Isolator Switch Cable, I suggest you look again on ebay and refine your search. There's loads on there.

If it is the isolator switch rather than an earth wire, how does it play up? It’s basically a make or break contact, unless some material has broken away. I have one fitted so it would be interesting to be aware of any potential, if rare, issues that might show up.
