Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all doing well now we are hopefully having more rallies to go to
A question?
Has any of you got any original black static mirror arms you do not need anymore if so
I am here ready with cash to buy them they came apparently in short and long versions
on my van they are long but if you have a set I will gladly make an offer for them
they are for "Bessie"
recently aquired pick-up
I will give away the short curly armed one's
that are fitted by the 1/4 lights
Thakyou in advance

Re: mirror arms
Brian, have you considered mounting your mirrors on the triangular section found forward of the quarter lights? You can use a suspension tie rod, cut in half, as the arm, the bolt and nut that that holds the tie rod in its original position, is used to pass through the triangular piece, mentioned earlier, and fixed with the nut from the inside, a mirror of your choice can then be used. Not a standard fix but you get good rear vision. Of course if you’re one of these ‘original or die people’ it probably isn’t for you !
I have attached a picture.
PS: looks like we’ve all virtually left the LCV register now. PPS: you need small piece of wood in between the triangle, to prevent any distortion when tightening the nut.
