Alta cylinder head for sale

To my shame I have had this head and all/most of the bits to make it run for over 40 years and have never put it onto my car (a 1952 MM convertible FF8734 - I was waiting for my wife to get me on Car SOS!). That car is now sold forever. the new owner didn't want the head so its up for sale. The head itself is used but doesn't seem to have any cracks etc in it so a mild skim and clean up should bring it to life
I have no idea what its worth but would like it to go to someone who will use it at a reasonable price.
I have lots of literature about the head and technical drawings of most of the parts for reference or if you ever need to get anything made

You might be aware that a few people have been trying to build up the spares supply for these heads for quite a while. I'd be very interested to see how far you got with your technical drawings. I'd be happy to help you out in any way possible, too.

Hi Tony, I also sent you a message asking for extra pictures of the mating surface around where the spark plugs are, did you receive?

Hi All - thanks for your interest in the Alta head - I have now sold it to a member of the MM Club who has a low light saloon - so hopefully to a good home with someone who will use the head!
