Looking at some wiring I did just a few years ago - auxilliary stuff outside of the main loom like a oil/water gauge bulb wire or the cigarette lighter - I notice quite a bit of it has gone a bit hard and brittle already.
More fool me for thinking Halfords electrical cable would be long term... where do people get quality cable?

I've had no problems with stuff from VWP, but I've always found Autosparks to be helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with, and it's comforting to know that the stuff they sell is the same as they use for their own products, like looms for very demanding customers.
