Does it qualify ?
The MOT certificate has expired, and while it is exempt by virtue of its age,
When you read the details:
road/track/race car
The competition-spec 1293cc A-series engine is bolstered by a Shorrock supercharger, which feeds its power to the rear wheels via a Toyota Corolla five-speed gearbox.

I've no idea if it would qualify or not....

It's showing that the last MOT expired 2007. Personally, if I had bought something like that, then I'd give it a thorough check before using it. If it has gone 14 years without an MOT that is rather a long time. Even when something is MOT exempt a second set of eyes giving it a once over is usually a good thing.
Strangely the DVLA has it listed as a Morris 'Miner'. A new model?
