Need to get rid of it.
Have a Minor that’s been rotting away in garden for 40 years. Good for spares or rebuild.

Well he's not logged back in since March to make any further comments, so I guess he wasn't that bothered.Clayton James wrote: ↑Wed Jul 07, 2021 1:45 am Will it be best if you share a photo of it on this thread?

That's been relisted after clearing some of the trees out of it. The guy also put it here in the Forums back in June:Sleeper wrote: ↑Tue Jul 20, 2021 8:27 am Not exactly in a scrapyard but nearly...

Re: Need to get rid of it.
Now we can see it in full it's clearly (and sadly) well beyond saving.
A useful source of parts though.
Taupe?
Best wishes,
Mike.

To be fair, he hadn't exactly over-described it in the first place had he I bet the neighbours will be pleased to see it gone and the place tidied up a bit

Mike
Thanks for thinking of me....but Im currently doing a 1960 4 door for my son.
My Taupe traveller was off ebay and only £62 but was still solid enough and able to be trailered to me.
I think that one would probably be best used for as you say a source of spare parts

Re: Need to get rid of it.
It went for £155 in the end, so well worth it as spares I image.
I just wouldn't have anywhere to put it and the Mrs would kill me even if I did

Re: Need to get rid of it.
How would you move it though
Even IF you could winch it onto a trailer there'd be nothing left by the time you reached home. Everything would have shaken off!
Hope somebody gained some useful parts from it anyway.

So that's why there have been no more updates on the Traveller. Thanks for thinking of me....but Im currently doing a 1960 4 door for my son.
I like four door Moggies myself, so good to hear that another is being saved.
Best wishes,
Mike.
