hi i guess its an obvious part of the steering from the wheel but do not know its name.Bushes needed

These are the bushes you require:

I recommend that you fit a rubber bush (as per the link above) behind the mount bracket and a poly bush in front of the bracket. The rubber bush provides articulation and the poly bush resists braking forces.

Thank you.Can I just be sure.Looking at the picture one rubber bush to the left and one poly to the right.Would that be correct please

That is correct when looking at the picture above. Soak everything in penetrating oil before trying to undo the castellated nut. There should be a split pin through the tie rod but as it is thin it invariably rusts away. Remove the tie rod from the car give it a good wire brushing.
