Where does this go..

The dish shaped plate (bottom right) has a hole that fits the camshaft, but where does it go? Mine is a 1098 engine. The other parts I know

The dish shaped washer is the crankshaft lock washer Pt No: 12A398. Part of the rim in knocked into the recess of the crankshaft pulley and part of the rim is knocked up against the starter dog (or crankshaft bolt) to stop it coming undone.
