It seems a bit late in the day (seeing as I started this 17 years ago) but I am almost finished the restoration of my 2 door so I thought Id but a few pictures up just to let those starting for the first time that it is possible (I should say that in the last 17 years I have also restored 2 Land rovers)
So this is what I started with (not in any order):
Not quite finished, but this is how she looks today:-
With luck Ive only another month or so then its getting handed over to my wife and younger daughter for the interior to be finidhed (Its for them now as Ive other things to work on, plus the colour was my daughters choice!).

Ive actually only driven it twice. Once home and once to a show the following weekend. As it was the last show of the year it went into the garage for a "tidy up" and its been there ever since! So yes Im dying to get it on the road and as it gets nearer completing Im looking forward to that all the more.
The inside will be the responsibility of my wife and daughter but yes its likely to be white.

The first 2 years was nothing but cutting and welding. Went through 2 x 5kg reels of MIG wire and heaven knows how many bottles of Argon/CO2.

Took the wee Morris out the garage yesterday and gave her a well deserved wash and best of all I was able to drive her back in! Not much left to do now. I can hardly believe Im almost finished.
Oh and this is the next project. Something a little different for a change. Something from across the pond.
Need to start getting rid of all the surplus stuff Ive collected over the years. Need the space for Chevy parts now!
