Gaydon 9th August

Post by POMMReg »

Who's going and in what vehicle?

Same goes for LCV event at Webb's?

How do digital camera's work - invested in one - but instructions which contain the words "mode" and "select function" turns my grey matter to mush!!

Cannot see how a mobile home - whether cordless or otherwise - is going to help things.

Wonder what would have happened if TWO of Thor's trials included getting info from Morris Minor owners and writing a book ABOUT Morris/Austin Minor's?

DOOMED....

 Don't worry Chris you will soon have the hang of a digital camera! Most of them are easy, just work out the 'auto' mode and leave it alone! But do bear in mind there is a slight delay when taking digital photos, not quite the instant click of the old proper film camera shutters. :D Just experiment and have fun with your new camera!

Annoys me about new cars, automatic this, automatic that...

If you're too stupid to switch the lights on when it's dark, the wipers on when it's raining, should you be on the road.....what's SO wrong with a simple ON/OFF switch?

Rant over!

The beauty of a digital camera is you can take as many photos as you like and then delete the ones you don't like without any of the old processing costs and then waiting to see how they come out...or not!

Who needs a digital camera, when you get a better quality camera built in with your phone - free of charge if you're on a contract... :) Such is progress, and you can make phone calls with it too! :)
Btw, I should be at Gaydon on Sunday albeit with Land Rover (well its the Classic van and pickup rally so it fits) and stall...
cheers
Iain

Were you the guy with the limp and wearing a shell suit?!

Would the owner of SER 135K get in contact with me, give them the vehicles' PO history and details.

Thanks to those who let me venture under their bonnets!!!
